Can students return home?

During this lockdown a student that lives in halls of residence is returning home every weekend she is our neighbours daughter and her father is not in the best of health and over 70. Am I right in thinking she should be either staying at uni in London or staying at home not yo yoing back and forth

Oh for heavens sake......is this really something you are going to stress about? So, goes back to her home at weekends, sure she is taking great care and needs to see her parents.

There has only been one weekend so far during this lockdown?

Perhaps it was an emergency as her father isn’t in good health .
