Blitz Balls this is the commercial version of the high-nutrition favourite. I make my own usually but was given a packet of Edmonds which I made up yesterday.
I'm hoping there was no 'Abu Dhabi effect' afterwards.
If anyone wants a recipe, let me know. Bliss Balls are so quick and easy to make.
Having read about huge increases in rental prices, I looked at lower-end prices on Book-a-Bach here; they're exactly the same.
In fact, I've noticed many price decreases across the board. Some companies have reduced or abolished shipping charges. Not sure how long that will last but it's certainly generated a lot more online sales.
I hope you get to Potfest Grammaretto it looks as if the organisers are doing all they can to help people stay safe.
So 2% of you is Welsh......would that be your little finger?
I've walked barefoot all my life until about 10 years ago when the cushioing on my soles seemed to disappear and walking on bones is not advised.
Of course I wore shoes/sandals when required but just shopping or casual socialising I didn't bother.
I never have liked the way shoes brought dirt (and worse) into the house & carpets; washing feet is cleaner. Now, I leave my shoes in the porch, as does everyone else.
Doodle you're welcome to the computer tip.
and you had me laughing with your idea Mamissimo was related to a tree (was that you barking up the wrong one?)
"This branch of our family has its roots in Norway, they're very spruce but we don't talk about the Crack Willows and their troubled daughter Purging Buckthorn."
November 18th is Baby Day but my heart aches now for the poor lassie fighting for her IVF - I do hope things change for the better.
I confess I was holding back tears a lot of the time the family were here. Seeing my son so happy after all he's been through, is truly wonderful.
I heard a group of women talking on Radio 4, all saying how much more easily they cried now they are in their later years. Does anyone here find that too?
A personalised unicorn? Does that mean I could get a fat one with green and lilac hair?
Mamissimo with the help of some very, very good-hearted people on various genealogy sites, I've gleaned a lot of information on my kin.
I'd love to do more; it's a never-ending, fascinating web isn't it?
I found a long-lost cousin, with whom I am now in regular touch, and that my granddad was a twin!
I suppose I'm so interested because our family (apart from said cousin in Cumbria) consists of just me and 2 sons. It's incredible thinking about how people lived way back in the past.
I do hope Cherry, Panache and all our other friends are staying safe and well.
What's happened to Jeeves?
Are late deals a thing of the past ?
I know it sounds crazy but there's something exhilerating about walking barefoot in rain and snow...and it's actually much cleaner when you come home and step into a bowl of Dettolly water, rather than tread all that muck into your carpet.
oh yes I do remember the scene in About a boy. Oops
