This is not panic inducing that is nonsense. It is initially an opinion, backed by some evedince of concern. Instead of mindless panic I would expect if people genuinely think that there is going to be a second wave, and in my opinion that was indicated in yesterday’s press briefing, then sensible people will continue to behave as they have done over the past couple of months, and it may possibly encourage others who are considering breaking the rules to do the same.
