I try to maintain a youthful outlook on life.
I like dancing and singing along to music from the 70s, and playing with my great-nieces/nephews. Enjoyed going up and down their slide at a recent birthday party!

Playing lego with my grandson! Memories of my childhood flood in and I'm that child again!

Going to Pilates and still getting up from the floor unaided. So many people have to have help. I always come away with a spring in my step!

Being told that i am many years younger than i am

Being with the grands and also spending time socialising with good friends of assorted ages.

Hearing 60's pop music

Wearing skinny leggings and trainers to do the shopping!

I echo other ideas - either hanging out with younger members of the family or listening to the music of my youth. Fingers crossed x

Being with my three teenage granddaughters, admiring their new shoes, bags, clothes, hair, makeup, music. It all takes me back to feeling what it was like when I was a teenager. Nothing like it to make me feel young again.....aaaah!

Going hill walking on a bright, breezy day.

Our short, regular visits to the Norfolk coast. Only just an hour & a half car journey away, but rejuvenates us both. :-)

Walking along a sandy shore with the waves rippling and the sun shining! Nothing beats a spot of vitamin sea ?

Memories, thinking back and remembering escapades I use to get up too, they make me laugh, and it takes me right back to when I was young

Being with my siblings. There are 5 of us and we all stay far apart from the others so we do not get many chances of all being together but as soon as we do I am taken straight to my youth.

Buying new clothes in a young person's shop! Of course they are appropriate eg. in length, but I can be adventurous in cut and colour and they are usually cheaper than "classic" clothes.
