My favourite thing about summer is being able to open all my windows and doors during the long daylight hours and my least favourite thing is the darn flies that take advantage of that and buzz around my house.

The most enjoyable thing about summer is wearing lightweight comfortable clothes and going out without thinking about taking a jacket or an umbrella.

The worst thing is the volume of noise I can hear with the windows open - lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, music in the gardens from neighbours. And then there is traffic noise at night which I never usually hear.

My favourite thing about Summer is that families seem to make more effort to do things together in the good weather- picnics, going to the beach etc.
The worst thing is that people go out dressed inappropriately as if they have no mirror at home as a final check six packs & butt cheeks are not a good look out on the streets.

I love summer, it's my favourite season, when the children were at school it was my favourite holiday .. six weeks with them at home .. heaven, I still love summer as much, the garden grows well, which is perfect .. the worst part is it ending... and autumn setting in.
