I was in this position with both my parents, then my husband who had massive heart attack in 2020.
My parents died and my husband, who was extremely fit prior to his heart attack as he doesn’t drive and walked miles every day to walk our dogs and care for his own mother.
His mother now in a home, DH in moderate health but I’m now rapidly flagging.
I think all the advice here is extremely helpful and positive.
All I can add is there are days which are far worse than others and it’s hard, isn’t it! Be kind to yourselves
