Has anyone got a really good lemon zester?

Microplane make an excellent one. Had mine over ten years.

I use the one I think is meant for parmesan cheese, and it works really well if you like your zest really fine.

I use the one on the side of my cheese grater.
I do have a small one but the bigger grater is best.

I used to use the box grater (still have one) but hate it for lemons or oranges!

I suppose it also depends how you like your zest - as in what type you want.

I’ve got a Good Grips one, that used to be brilliant, but seems to have become blunt! It was a real effort earlier, to zest just one lemon for a drizzle cake.
