Twice this week my son has driven me to a well known local hotel and also a sports centre.Despite growing up here and both areas being well known to him he insisted on using sat nav instead of following my directions.
As it became obvious he was not on the right route he insisted that the traffic must be heavy on my route and that he knew where he was.
When we eventually arrived at the sports centre I saw that we were at the rear with no access to the car park so I had to get out and walk.
Having missed the turn to the hotel we arrived at a different hotel!
