Aqua Bed Massages - Very soothing

It sounds amazing!

I don’t have any major health issues - but I’m going to try reflexology. It might be all mumbo-jumbo, but I had a session about 30 years ago and found it very relaxing.

Recently I was treated to this type of massage where you lie on a water filled warm bed mattress lightly clothed and aqua jets gently massage down your back to your feet...it felt heavenly for 20 mins - wish I could have stayed on bed longer...lovely whale music (you can request no music) and dimmed lights was very relaxed afterwards. If I could afford it, would go every week...have many GNs tried this form of therapy as it is great for arthritis and other conditions like stress or anxiety...
