Good morning Mick and all. It's currently 25° in Benalmadena and the sunrise isn't far away. I'm waiting for our coach to take us to the airport. That's our holiday over leaving us with good memories. See you all tomorrow

Good Morning Everyone,
Its dry but signs of cloud above brackley this morning.
Today an easy day I may attempt to extend my walking but will see how thw day pans out.
Otherwise I seem to be slowly improving on the health front .
