Many years ago I took in my very first AirBnB guest without checking their profile. She was a nightmare... Bleaching her hair at midnight (and ruining my towels in the process) Talking on and on in detail about her daughters abusive relationship, telling me I wasn't 'chatty' enough! And after I made her a lovely breakfast and washed some clothes for her she left me a miserable review!
I don't do AirBnB any more. I did have some really lovely people after that and some great reviews but the people were all well researched before they arrived.
