Free food in M&S

I never get any emails but just checked M&S online and I have a free loaf of bread
Of course, I'll have to go in there now to claim it and will probably spend money!

I've got six offers at the moment but they change all the time. It just keeps me looking.

Free loaf last week.. OH has a Sparks card on his phone as well so we use his occasionally depends on the offers. Lady on the tills recommend that tip, especially as I drag him along most weeks.

At present on my Sparks card I have:
a free loaf of farmhouse bread,
15% of fresh veg,
15% off salad,
and 75p off flowers.

I often find they have sold out of the 'free' items but it's nice when they haven't. I've had free bread, percy pigs and chocolate recently 🙂
