I organised a session for our group which I chair. The instructor was hilarious and you couldn't help laughing naturally although it took a bit to get used to it. It is definitely outside most peoples comfort zone, but once you let go and decide to enjoy it, it is very liberating and great fun. there was 25 of us and only 2 of them found it "childish". I am always willing to try anything so this was another tick on the bucket list. I has however nothing whatsoever to do with yoga which I have practised for years.
