Ah, but it did, very much so - I was over confident with my literacy skills, and under confident with my numerical skills;
which resulted in me ignoring the words, and concentrating on the numbers.
Which of course, was my downfall.
The numbers are a red herring

So if you are a specialist numbers person, does that mean that your eyes are automatically drawn to the figures first I wonder?
