The evil "nurse" from "one flew over the cuckoos nest" has died

The film was made in the Oregon State Hospital, an actual mental hospital, as this was also the setting of the novel. The hospital still functions (as of 2022), though the original buildings seen in the film have been demolished.

She won an Oscar for her role as Nurse Ratched.
