Happy St David's Day to one and all. I am currently looking into the history of the old farm where my family lived for about 300 years. And it was the site of Owain Glyndwr's house so all very historic.
I am not sure what the children will be doing today.Pre lockdown their little school had an Eistedfodd and lots of other activities. If I can find the thread tomorrow I will report back!
We had an Eisteddfod and the month before was filled with rehearsals for short plays choirs, recitations etc, between four houses. It was all quite exciting, and the whole day was taken up with things. I don't think we had half day, this was Monmouthshire in the 60s.
