I was locked out from July and despite sometimes daily communication with the GN tech team, we had no success in getting me back.
Thanks to Lily’s recent, detailed steps to negotiate, I seem to be back
Thanks to posters who contacted me during my enforced absence.

Oopsadaisy, I’d been emailing hq daily since finding myself locked out. I gave up a couple of weeks ago and so did they. Then this morning I found the detailed new instructions and here I am ?
