headlesss chicken scenario on tuesday afternoon?

I used to love any major football. Not because I like football- quite the opposite. But I used to go to the local large shopping centre when the match was on and shop in relative peace and quiet :-)

Why do the main BBC channels think the whole country wants to watch sport. Both channels are filled with hours of sport Everything has been messed about for football and now also tennis.

Don't like football or tennis so l am bored already

Stand by for quite a few firms finishing early,
suggest try and get anything done, well before kick off time at 17:00pm

Tour de France on a lot of channels too here, I do not mind the sports themselves but why do they need to talk about it all for hours before and after.

Each to their own with watching sports and I wish all player well.
. I am so pleased we will be away for the next 2/3 weeks. No TV. I’ll miss all of Wimbledon and the rest of the Euros .
Just have to find a way to avoid the Olympics.?

The usual commuter traffic should be lighter, supermarkets quieter and the man in the garden at the back of me might not be doing his constant crashing and banging with scaffolding. Excellent!

I think people need a bit of pre-Covid escapism! ?⚽️?
