Nothing wrong with looking out of the window and knowing what’s going on, but the title of the thread is No one obeyed the rules!.

Correct, indoors but I think you can stay longer if you are 1 person, with 1 household who are bubbled together and not bubbled with anyone else.
If shielding through vulnerability or self isolating if you have come into contact with someone with the virus, you should really stay in your own home.

A few days before Christmas my next door neighbour had 5 different cars with different relatives on one day. I'm not snooping but they park in front of my house and slam doors and shout hello and goodbye loudly, since then there has been a different car each day. He is very vulnerable and lives with an 80 year old mother.

No worries, nadateturbe, I can see now where the misunderstanding came from. Great minds think alike, eh?

I think that the comments about people snooping are less about them looking out of their windows than about the fact that they are making a note of what the neighbours are doing, who they are doing it with and when they are doing it.

I echo those who say that you can only control your own life, and that getting upset about the behaviour of others is pointless, and I say this as someone who has not even been in a shop since March.
