Kegel 8 or other.

I have a Kegel 'its an old one though .I used it for a few months and had great results so stopped.The effects lasted quite a while but I have had to start using it again.I think I'll be using it long term to make sure the problem doesn't return .Well worth the money ,hope you get one to suit you

Some time ago I tested the Innovo for Gransnet. It's a pair of lycra shorts with a device attached to exercise your pelvic floor.
I found it improved my bladder control greatly and was easy to use.
