Loo roll etc. - good idea from Sweden!

The Swedes always seem so practical and organised. I was amazed to find not one scrap of litter over there. I do like the idea (in theory) but it's probably unworkable.

I prefer a set limit to quantity allowed. OK, the determined can enter the shop again to get more - but that's an effort.

In the Mail last week a chap had made £3,000 in no time after " over-buying " toilet rolls and selling them at £15 per pack !
