Merry Christmas Rufus2. We have spent many many Christmas Days in Sydney. It was always about the early morning Bondi swim then the traditional barbecue. Surprisingly many many actual Christmas days were cool and rainy in Sydney. Still enormous fun though - it’s all about being with family, so we’re back in the U.K. for good now.

Funny to think it’s Christmas Day for you. Merry Christmas. I am looking after some grandkids while mum does some last minute shopping and watching Only Fools and Horses Christmas one. Had forgotten just how funny it is!

Merry Christmas to all. It's a half day of work for me (but slow enough that I can check in on Gransnet!) still on Christmas Eve.

Hi Rufus..yes just spoke to my son and family in NSW..early a.m will speak with daughter and family in Dubai...then will spend the day with 2 sons and families here...had a weep..but painted smile now...on with Christmas tomorrow...Happy Christmas to you all...whoever you are,whatever you are doing..have a wonderful day...if you are alone..spoil yourself..if like myself you have family tensions...try to ignore..its just a day...days getting longer...light at the end of the proverbial tunnel...lots of love...
