I'd say get yourself checked out as far as possible (using the helpful suggestions above), then, assuming all is clear, work on your anxiety. It's amazing how much your state of mind influences your bodily wellbeing.
I felt absolutely crap for a decade with the menopause so your expecting it to be over in three years may be a little optimistic. Still, I waited it out, looked after myself, and yes, there is light at the end of that tunnel!

. If you have an underactive thyroid and it is not getting the right level of medication you do feel very tired and become more confused and can have limb pains.
I don't sleep too well in night, I feel too hot, even with summer duvet on. and it seems to catch up with me the following day. I also have thyroid disorder so know how low that can make you feel. I was tested for various vitamins as well as iron and magnesium. I am low in some B vitamins, Vit D and magnesium. Now on supplements I do feel a bit more energy. Go to GP and ask for those blood tests.
