Whilst very sadly some folk in this world of ours take the greatest pleasure in the belittling or harrassing of others, usually the very ones that do need that little word of kindness and uplift...............it really does upset me when life is so very short,we live and walk this way but once........why oh! why be unkind when a simple hand on someone elses or a kind few words can make such a difference.
I can but reiterate...........thank God for Soop`s kitchen where reaching out and caring is the norm.
Thinking very much of you Carillion and your dear man, believe me you would be well advised to stick closely to us here in the kitchen, because I for one can vouch for the overwhelming caring shown... when it seems the whole world is against you.
Morethan your post has certainly touched every nerve within me and I feel so much for your brave DiL,and also for the way in which you were given the most unenviable job on earth.Prayers and yet more prayers are being sent for you all,and please know you are very much in our hearts at this devastating period.
Dear Doodle of course we can but offer up a prayer for your DGC whilst he is suffering and at that low place in life. You too need another prayer for the burden of caring about a loved one, when feeling devoid of actually helping can be so painful.{flowers} to help lift your mood.
Whilst there amidst all these sad stories you again rise and shine like a bright morning star Izabella. You are truly such an inspiration on so many fronts, and as a lover of poems myself, yours has certainly touched me this morning .It will be printed and will wend its way into many other homes and hearts, your way with words are so very special.Thank you for sharing.
What was to have been just a pop in and out again has led to another long post, sorry folks but when our friends hurt I feel it and simply just am unable to "walk on" although, sadly, not much one can offer.
Anyway another beautiful sunny day and hopefully a cheery one for the rest of you...........and please just ignore those that "have a go" and stay safe and secure within the confines of our kitchen!!
TOYA xx
