Morning Mick, morning all!

North Leicestershire is greyish and dampish this morning.

We have lots of pooling and faffing this morning and DH has a hospital appointment this afternoon.

We are going for meal on the way home.

Feels cold and looks gloomy and grey so far here on the south coast. We had a bit of everything yesterday including hail showers. More of the same forecast for today.

DH is going out with his bike group despite the forecast and it's choir for me this evening. The soloists for the May concert are auditioning and I am on the selection panel.

Hope the day is kind to us all.

Good morning all from the Scottish Borders. Heavy storms with sleet yesterday but it looks calm outside.

Knitting group and later I need to go to the bank which is now only a visiting van for half an hour a week.

Rather a pleasant morning here in South Bucks however it won’t last from what the weather forecast says.

Now Kitty is pooling the same as pootling or was it just a slip of the finger ? Have a nice meal out tonight.

Must catch up today with my Future Learn course recommended by another Gransnetter.

Good Morning all from a dull and bleak Fife. Very cold out this morning as other areas and we also have rain. Have DGS's today so will be stuck in house probably. I shall make some scones with DGS1 so that should keep him occupied for a wee while, the rest of the day I'm sure he will find lots for us to do. Enjoy your meal Kitty tonight. Good morning. Looks quite bright at the moment following yesterday rain. Ladies archery this morning followed by coffee, chat and a bit of shopping. Hope it's a pleasant day for everyone.

High cloud here in the north of Norfolk and there’s a white sheen on everything outside. Frost! After quite heavy rain yesterday evening, this morning we have frost. Not allowed!

No plans yet for today. I had intended to repaint the name on the back of our boat - but its too bloomin’ cold!

Good morning all. It's a grey damp morning in Northampton.
Bittersweet memories today as it would have been our 47th wedding anniversary.
Am having a trip out to Milton Keynes, and will treat myself to lunch out and do a bit of shopping . I need to return some jeans I bought online, which are too long for me.

Good morning from the NE coast where believe it or not it is snowing ! After a day of every possible season yesterday.

Just Finishing my cup of tea then off for more torture at “that miserable place” I have a GP appointment at 11 in another town which means a lot of going backwards and forwards but can’t be helped .

Good morning from a bright, but cold Black Country. I had to de-ice car this morning before taking Partner to train station.

Day 3 of kitchen makeover....so I will walk into town to keep out of the way! This afternoon, will pick up DGD's from school. Then tonight we are having a meal at Mums as we still have no cooking facilities, except for Microwave.

Good morning to you all, bright and cold at the moment on the south coast. Torrential rain and rough winds have taken all the blossom from the beautiful tree at the end of the garden, it was looking lovely. A quiet day planned, possibly sorting out a build it yourself bird table. Should be fun. Take care

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. The South Yorkshire sun keeps fighting its way through the clouds, but it’s a struggle! DH was bitten by a dog yesterday while we were out walking but it seems to be clean and healing, so that’s a relief. Hairdressers for me today and then a cup of tea and a chat with my eldest niece on the way home. Have a good day folks.

Morning Mick and everyone. Snow gillybob? It forecast hail for during the night here in Cheshire, but I slept soundly so I don't know whether it arrived. Frosty rooftops at the moment though.

Shopping in Knutsford today and lunch with my sister. The town is still vibrant, unlike a lot of town centres now sadly.

Good morning from another grey, dreich, piddling wet Aberdeenshire...November has returned. Am off to kick solicitors' backsides this morning. My late Mother's house has been on the market since last July and there's not been one viewing...they are a useless bunch. Shall go to see friend for lunch before home, then ceramics class tonight, but will be a tired wee lassie as have to drive an eighty mile round trip. The mutt will keep me company.

Good Morning All , cold stormy but bright here , no snow ! but we had hail yesterday which lay like snow for ages and battered my mini daffs , some hydrangea bushes that were sending out new leaves look a bit shrivelled and miserable today .
Club this morning and seed sowing continues in my mini greenhouse this afternoon ,

Good morning from a wet, at the moment anyway, Perthshire. Sleet and sun are forecast for later ??

A friend visited yesterday and we sat outside in the sunshine blethering and having coffee. When she arrived home later, 30 mins away, she phoned to say her village had heavy snow!

Hope you get on okay at the doctors Gilly. I know it’s easier said than done but try to get some time to yourself, even 10 mins to switch off and breathe. Take care.

Good morning, definitely back to winter, grey and miserable here in the NE.
Heavy hail storm yesterday afternoon, garden looked as if it was covered in polystyrene beads.
No plans for the day but plenty of housework to do.

Morning all from a brighter South Notts - a pleasure after a wet night and yesterdays showers.
Will go out soon as I need more ink for the printer - more expensive than champagne I believe!
