I do wish she'd buy something new. Perhaps a trip to Primark for something orange and furry or Bon Marche for a red mac which she could team up with a scarf from her local charity shop.

I think TM looks good in strong colours. She suits her blue coat. I think she dresses well and always looks well turned out.

I see big chunky necklaces seem to be making a come back in fashion stores. I find some of her necklaces fascinatingly (horrifically!) big - almost like mayors chain of office! grin

She has her own style and I like it.

I wondered, does she have some physical problem that's causing her hunched back? especially if she really is only 5'6"

She's 5'8". I think she feels the cold as she's always well wrapped up even though she only has to walk short distances to a waiting car.

Sunday paper said it cost £920!!!!! I would wear it for ever if I had forked out that sort of money!!!

She does seem to be 'humphy backit' (colloquial Scots alert!).
Maybe she's always had a slight curvature of the spine or maybe it's from hunching over the millions of pages she must have had to read over the years.

According to Google, she is 5'8".

I like her blue coat, but I don't get the sleeves. I thought it looked expensive but not that much. No wonder she wears it a lot. It looks comfy and stylish.
I agree that she looks better in bold colours Day6

On an earlier GN thread about the PM, someone said that type 1 diabetes can cause lower bone density, which can lead to a slight hunch back. True or not, I don't know.

Like Luckygirl, if I had a coat that had cost so much, I'd never have it off my back either!
