A few days ago I went into Asda George unisex changing room to try on a swimsuit. I made sure to lock the door. There was a young child running about outside, kicking and banging on all the doors, so when I heard a scrabbling on my door I thought it was the child and didn't take a lot of notice. Then the door flew open, and a man was pushing his way in. I only had my pants on. I shouted at him, pushed him hard backwards, and locked the door. I intended to report it, but by the time I was dressed he was long gone. As a mature woman I could deal with the situation, but I shudder to think what might have happened if it had been a young girl.
I have since been told that it is quite easy to open slider type locks from the outside, by 'teasing' them along with a coin or key.
Just a warning for other ladies!
