Good morning all. It looks like we have a beautiful, sunny day ahead here in County Durham. The gold finches have arrived back in the garden so we'll be off to buy new bird feeders today.
Two little GC here for us to entertain, or maybe the other way round.
Had to laugh yesterday when GD1 decided to entertain everyone at the swimming baths cafe with a gymnastics display while waiting for her swimming lesson to begin. Oh the confidence of youth.
Have a wonderful day everyone.

Good morning Auntyflo and all x

Having front of bungalow measured up for a garage for Fred who is parked in the little hall. This means i can get use to sitting on Fred outside, this should help to overcome the agoraphobia.

Hope everyone has a good day x

Morning all, nice and sunny here in South Notts. Will take puss to the vet later for his jabs. Not looking forward to wrestling him into the cat box!

Good morning all from sunny West Sussex.
I have abandoned Stockport for a few days with my D and GC.
They have a dog and 3 cats so I have lots of company.
Yesterday was so lovely I hope we aren't in for a massive shock and have a return to winter.

Good morning GNs, from the Morecambe Bay area of Lancashire. Another glorious sunny morning, with temperatures forecast to reach 15C. Lovely for us, but I am worried about the global warming issue.... Crazy weather for February in the UK.

I think we will return to winter yet annsixty as Rotherham forecast is wonderful till Thursday then very cold with snow in some places! Oh no. ?

I slept in this morning - the guilty but delicious pleasure of retirement with no alarm clock!

It lovely and sunny here too in South Manchester. Trafford council have planted up about 20 mini troughs fixed to railings and some huge tubs here in the town centre and they look so pretty from my verandah - very colourful narcissus and iris in the sunshine.

Enjoy your lunch Maw your comment made me giggle!

Ps. Posted too soon - what a super idea Anniebach I hope you find this is the start of getting back to ‘you’. ?

Morning Mick and All.

Yes Annsixty it is lovely here in West Sussex, returning to Thames Valley shortly where I think it will be 1 degree warmer ?

Had a fab time in Brighton yesterday where DS raised £1,000 for CALM in the half marathon. What a wonderful atmosphere. We managed to keep hold of the 2 grandsons in the milling crowds until the very end when they ran ahead to see their Dad at the end of the race. We all went out to the Harvester for a big family lunch afterwards.

DS introduced us to his new female friend, she has definite potential, really liked her. ?

Good morning. Lovely day here in my part of Birmingham. Off to meet a friend for lunch today. Have a good day all.

Sorry for the silly typo - how on earth did Rotherham pop up??
I just meant ‘the’ ❗️

Good morning, sunny and warming up in east London; I've changed my tracky bottoms for cropped leggings ready for tennis at 12.30. GD will be coming over later after school as the builders are still 'finishing off' the kitchen in her house and DD is working. DS goes back to uni today so all will be very quiet later. Hope your day goes well.

Morning all from a sunny and very warm day in Tenerife. Sat waiting for journey home to begin, hate all the waiting around but looking forward to seeing daffs in our garden. DGS cut the grass yesterday so hope some at least are still standinggrin

Good afternoon.
I'm late posting, but been up ages. Had a GP appointment, followed by coffee morning, so didn't have time to post earlier.
Well, after a very foggy start to the morning (and slow to lift) here in my part of South Yorkshire, it's turned into a beautiful sunny afternoon.
A fairly lazy afternoon in store today.
Hope what remains of the day is a good one for everyone.
Glad to here about the garage for your scooter, Annie and I hope it helps you to become mobile again soon. ?

"Hear" not "here"!

Good Afternoon from a gloriously warm and sunny Black Country.

Not long back from my Monday morning 'Health Walk', now I have to wait for the Gas Engineer to arrive to service the Boiler. So I may clean the windows as this sun really shows up how dirty they are.

I am wondering about DoraMarr, as she was a regular poster and has not posted for 2 weeks. Hope she is ok.

Have a lovely day everyone.
