MacSporran really must look after himself and rest. The last few days have been sheer hell for him- it is a horrendous journey.

Callgilr young Max does not look very happy, the tears are not far away. He is growing so quickly.

Kitty that was generous of Pa to equal the tooth fairy- hopefully she will not be visiting too often. Bertie looks pleased, I am not sure if it is the gap in his mouth or the fact he is so rich now he will have to be escorted to the BS to bank his money.

Mr C was white as a sheet by the time he got me home after major surgery and that only took 30 minutes . Thinking about macs and soop today has made me realise how lucky we are to have hospitals locally and only an hour away for very specialist treatment.

Oh the tooth fairy. We’ve learned the hard way never to match offerings from such beings kitty. . Bertie the Beave that’s for sure and as greyd says he will have better teeth soon.

Good wishes for your granddaughter marydoll, it must be scary for her and all of you.

Family ‘stuff’ is long term I fear kitty, it will pass one day though, in the meantime I think I may just run away to sea . Alternatively I may look for a holiday later in the year, somewhere with no mobile signal would be an excellent choice.

Off for a food shop now. Seriously Mother Hubbard here and we have a small extra mouth to feed later with some very specific requirements .

synonymous the operation and rehab is not an easy situation to face but I hope that your husband’s long term health improves as the infection problem is solved. I hope that removing the pain and infection makes him more comfortable. So sorry for his situation.

Great news,very uplifting hearing from your lovely friends Baggs and Marydoll the good news that you are on your way ^hame!Would not expect you to go on taking advantage of the NHS Hospitalityt when you have your own dear hands on nurse Mcsporran himself to take good care of you...............and as has been repeatedly mentioned.............recovery begins at home every time.
Well done indeed and just as I expected from you of course.

With home being the place where true recovery really starts this is the best news at this point,however whomever sad she will need to be forcibly “tied down” is not far wrong, because she will truly need good rest and relaxation during these early days.
Further more I am concerned for McSporran whom is proving such a stalwart carer, but even the best will feel the weight of all that travelling as well as the concerns he will have been facing.
However I can but wish you a very warm and meaningful Home coming and truly a troublefree recovery up aheadSoop

It is good to see and know such simple happiness exists in a very troubled world.
I wish all our problems could be wiped away and equilibrium restored by a warm bubbly bath.

What a lovely, happy baby, he`s gorgeous! I hope you managed to rescue the poor little mouse? I think Mia`s getting crafty, I haven`t caught her with one for months, she`s probably sick of me taking the poor little things off her and releasing them round the front.
Thank you for the news on Soop, Baggs, good to hear that they didn`t get blown off Rest and be Thankful! I hope she has a good rest when she`s home, MacSporran as well, he`ll need it after all that driving.

CharleyG, I didn`t think that Max looked unhappy. They`re coming to see me over the weekend, I`m told he has 5 teeth now, so I`ll be keeping my fingers away from his mouth!

PS. N&G, I`m not sure about the giant spiders, I`d probably choose the dentist before them!!

I found something totally disgusting on the living room floor this morning so Alfie had obviously had a productive mouse hunting night - at least he didn't lose that one under the sofa
