I keep getting sidetracked to other threads, running out of time and missing Good Morning!

Its a bit overcast and still here in the north of Norfolk. Hopefully no rain forecast as I have an ambition to hang out the washing. An at home to catch up day today. We’ve been a bit hectic of late and the house is a tip.

Quiet day for me as I have a lot of pain today, I do suffer when I go to the lectures, two hours sitting on a hard chair in a school hall.

Good morning, tennis at 9.30 so better get a move on. Sun is out at the moment but looks like it could change. GD stayed over last night and woke me up about 4 to go to the loo. Went back to sleep OK (both of us) and for the first time in ages got woken by my alarm; must have been deep as I was thumping my watch trying to turn the noise off until remembered it was my phone. GD is still asleep. Have a good day.

Good morning all from a drizzly County Durham.
It's so quiet today without all those little DGC voices. Both mammy's off work today which means DH and I have the day to get on with our new kitchen decorating jobs.
A Pilates class later and may fit in a 30 minute run as finding time last week proved difficult. Still recovering from yesterday, so it might wake me up.

Good morning from La Gomera in the Canaries. Here on a walking holiday. Day off today so relaxing day planned.

Good morning from bright and sunny SW London. Off to V and A with my sewing teacher to the Dior. DD is in France with her family on half term skiing holiday. Got a message on Monday that she has fallen and done her cruciate ligament! They're coming back tomorrow instead of Saturday.

Good morning from a lovely sunny south east. I'm luxuriating in a day of doing what I please, we've had our grandchildren staying with us from Saturday through till Tuesday evening which was lovely but exhausting. It's great to have them with us but there is a heightened sense of freedom when they depart, if that makes sense.

Husband's gone off to golf, Sainsburys shop and gym for me and then not a lot later.

Sorry to hear about your jumpy legs Greyduster I get that too. I wonder if this is brought on by our hours of standing on cold footie pitches watching our DGs. ?

NanKate and Greyduster - I suffered terribly with restless legs after my hip replacement two years ago. Someone told me magnesium tablets help. I've taken them ever since and they really do work for me.

Thanks Willow I will try the tabs.
