Good Morning from a dark but dry Fife. A very windy day promised here again. Meeting a friend for coffee this morning before she jets off to Maderia for a week. Yes Marydoll I know what you mean about healthy eating for children smile Good luck for today. Thinking of you all feeling under the weather. Look after yourselves.

Good Morning all , dark and damp out there . Back in bed with a cup of tea . The first drink in the am tastes like no other , I think my cold is receding slightly and I have a quiet day to myself . Eldest txt to say he will be home this week end . I took a wee while to answer , asked what will I cook , reply ... he has changed his mind ! Bit flummoxed

Good morning all from a cold, dark Glasgow.

A busy day today, food shopping, picking up prescriptions and then DGD from nursery at noon. She has been promised chocolate buttons when we pick her up , if she dosen't cry, when mummy leaves her this morning.
I find it amusing that mummy who has always advocated healthy eating and no sweets, has changed her mind. grin

DH has offered to drive smile, as yesterday I was very lightheaded and feeling nauseous, I think it is coming from my ear.sad. All my good intentions went astray and nothing got done. My wardrobes need a clear out...ASAP!
Roll on the better weather and hopefully better health.

Good luck today for your husband, Kitty and best wishes to all, who are feeling poorly.
Have a pleasant Tuesday, all.

Good morning all from a calmer Scottish Borders.
A funeral today for an old lady who passed away at the end of the year.

Morning All

The wind has blown the clouds away and its a bright day dawning here in my bit of Norfolk. Chilly though - my new outdoor thermometer says 5C.

A reflexology appointment first thing this morning, then marmalade making.

My laptop and I have got used to Windows 10 now - but I can’t get rid of that terrible ‘Can I Help You’ window. Apparently it’s compulsory.

Typical Sapphire! A vet/doctor/dentist appointment often cures ill in pets, babies and children I’ve noticed. But how do animals know?!

Good morning all x

Good morning Anniebach x

Just brightening up here in SE Essex. Youngest GC back to pre-school today so we are popping to Chelmsford to buy Birthday gifts for DIL’s and BIL.

Hope you all have a troublefree Tuesday.

Good morning everyone.

It's grey here in Kent. I've just been woken by a text from the Flood Alert Line. There is no wind confused
Food shop this morning and DH and I will have our usual trip to the coffee shop whilst out.
I hope all goes well for Mr. Lester.
Have a good day folks.

Good morning.
It looks to be quite a nice morning from the window. The wind has died down and the rain has gone, so fingers crossed for a nice day.
A few household chores this morning, then hope to see my friend this afternoon for a catch up.
I don't know about you, but taking the decorations down on Saturday seemed to take a lot longer than putting them up! I suppose it's as much to do with all the straightening up and dusting and cleaning as it is with tidying away trees, baubles and ornaments. Anyway, the house is now just about back to normal and looks a bit "flat", but on the plus side, the daylight hours are slowly lengthening.
Glad to hear you are finding your way around windows 10, mick. I don't like it so much.
Going to the vet will put your mind at rest, BlueSapphire, even though your cat now seems to have recovered.
Hope you all have a good day. ?

Good morning all. Dark but dry and windy in Northampton, having just popped outside to put the charity sack out.
Appointment at vets this morning for one of the cats, as she has been off her food a bit since a visit to the cattery over Christmas. But then the little madam decided to tuck into her normal food this morning! Still, it'll probably set my mind at rest.
Then a few jobs around the house.
Hope your day goes well.

Good Morning Mick, kitty and everyone.

Glad your installation went OK Mick. It's like all new systems at first - you get used to them. Like the sound of your aerial men kitty - are they coming by jetpack or high wire? grin

It's still dark and mild here on the south coast and we are promised sunny spells. DH is planning a garden blitz and I have an urge to bake so shall supervise from the kitchen widow. Also have ironing awaiting my attention.

Hope the day is a good one for us all.

Morning Mick, morning all.

Good to see you posting Mick. I've heard all sorts of things about Windows 10. Let us know how you get on.

North Leicestershire was very windy overnight but it seems calmer now.

We have aerial men coming at 7.45 shock and then DH has an appointment at the hospital.

Its dark, but its dry and cold this morning in brackley.
Windows 10 installed OK , seem happy so far, finding my away around it.
