Me too sodapop. But I am also planning a resolution to read and write more poetry - I used to but life has really got in the way recently.

I have to work on self-improvement. I must join things too, although at heart I am not a 'joiner'. We moved a few years ago and know very few people in our new town. I have OH, nice neighbours and family and friends visiting but I do miss my circle of lovely girl friends.

I’m new to Gransnet and not posted before. Note I didn’t say New Years Resolution ? I would like to be kinder to myself and then perhaps the diet and exercise might not seem such a chore. I have been practising well-being and trying to look at things from others points of view, regardless if I agree or disagree with them. Not always successful but getting better.
