Good morning, looking bright enough in Lancashire. Singing group for me today.
Best wishes to all poorly people, hope you feel better soon.
Have a good day everyone.

Morning everyone.

Foggy here in Kent. Have only just woken up after a disturbed night.
I need to go and exchange the cushion cover I bought as it's the wrong size, silly me. Food shopping to do as well.
Have a good day everyone.

My granddaughter had scarlet fever last year and it is not nice...she spent four days in hospital and we think she picked up the bug on holiday in Dubai. Chin up Maw and I hope the wee soul recovers soon.

Good morning from a chilly West Northumberland! I'm off out shortly, to stay with DGC while DD and SiL go to an ADHD parenting seminar. They are going out for a meal afterwards, so it will be a full day for me.
Wish me luck! ??
I hope today turns out well for everyone.

Morning Mick and All.

Very misty here in South Bucks.

Had to get up at 3.30 am to make a hot lemon and honey drink to suppress my never ending cough. I listened to the BBC Through the Night prog so interesting till I drifted off. Feel hung over this morning.

Fortunately nothing planned today.

Good morning from a very foggy North Yorkshire. Decorator coming this morning to carry on painting the hall and stairs. Off to volunteer at the Carers’ charity where I am a trustee.
Hope the poorly people are feeling better today.

Good morning all, from a very frosty Glasgow.
Sorry to hear about your DG Maw, good news about Mr FInn. Dora best of wishes for your appointment at the clinic today.
I'm confined to barracks, croup, laryngitis and a severe chest infection. I'm feeling pretty sorry for myself, as I was planning on spending the day with another gran and have had to cancel. So disappointed.
Good excuse to binge on Homes under the Hammer, if I can wrestle the remote control away fron DH. grin.
However, Mr MD is even sorrier for himself, he has man flu . Enough said!
Have a good day everyone.

Good Morning everyone and to those who follow. Not a bad start to the day here in Fife. Quite bright at the moment. Tomorrow is to be awful I believe. Scarlet Fever Maw - poor wee soul. I too didn't think we still got that but there you go. Hope everything gets better soon. DD and DGS's are coming along this afternoon so will have 'me time' in the morning. Hope everyone has a good day. To those feeling under the weather - take care.

Good morning All x
So dark here in the NW this morning and the wind's whipping up in readiness for " Diana " hitting us. That'll blow the remaining leaves off the trees !

Hope all is well with everyone.

gillybob Tue 27-Nov-18 07:59:50

My DGD2 had Scarlet Fever last year Maw the GP said it was on the up . Hope your little one is okay smile

Running around like a mad woman this morning as it’s the usual overnights and school runs followed by “that place” .

Good morning from grey, damp Colchester.
Into town for a bit of retail therapy today.
Next door's hedge overhangs some of our pots that I have to water in the rain....but at least I'm not doing it in public nfk

dragonfly46 Tue 27-Nov-18 07:30:46

Good morning all. Not much on today. Out for coffee with DH this morning.

Maw hope DGS is not too poorly.

DoraMarr Tue 27-Nov-18 07:29:37

Good morning Mick, Annie and everyone, from a damp and foggy Birmingham. I have my follow up at the breast clinic this afternoon, so shall be trying to keep busy this morning. I’m going to make a beef casserole with lots of garlic and wine to have when I get home. I hope the fog clears so I can go for a nice long walk in the park later. Have a good day everyone, whatever you are doing.

Blue45Sapphire Tue 27-Nov-18 07:29:01

Good morning everyone. Foggy here in Northampton.
Out to social club this morning, nothing planned for the rest of the day.
Will probably spend this afternoon reading, as DD has lent me Rebecca which somehow I seem to have missed reading, even though I have read most of Daphne du Maurier's books, even read My Cousin Rachel twice! (and The House on the Strand).
Hope everyone has a good day.

NfkDumpling Tue 27-Nov-18 07:11:22

Scarlet Fever Maw? I didn’t think that was around now. Oh my goodness, poor little lad.

NfkDumpling Tue 27-Nov-18 07:09:06

Morning All

There’s a bright waning(?) moon shining outside in a clear sky here in the north of Norfolk so at least the day will start bright.

I have a reflexology appointment here first thing and then need to water a couple of the boxes in town. They’re under an overhang and don’t get the rain. People think we’re bonkers wandering around with watering cans when it’s raining!

I’ve Googled what EMDR is Annie. Looks very intriguing, I wonder what it entails - back to Google!

I hope it cools down just a little for you Narelle.

Gagagran Tue 27-Nov-18 07:03:47

Good Morning Mick and all early birds!

It's still on the chilly side here on the south coast and we are forecast some strong winds this afternoon with heavy showers. Hey ho.

Hope your little DGS is a bit better today Maw - poor little boy must be quite unwell. He'll be glad to see his Granny.

Not a lot on today apart from a delivery. I need to practise some of our choir concert programme. We have one rehearsal tomorrow before the performance on Saturday and I am not confident in some of the pieces. Not alone in that either!

Hope the day is a good one for us all.

kittylester Tue 27-Nov-18 07:02:36

Morning all from a cold North Leicestershire. I can't hear rain so that a positive!

Good news ffin!! I hope Flynn doesn't wear you out, maw and I'd be grateful fir present ideas Mick and nannyjan!

Not much on the cards for us today apart from waiting for new phones to be delivered and changing the bed.

MawBroon Tue 27-Nov-18 06:54:10

Good morning all!
That is good news ffinnochio -a lovely Christmas present to you all!
Dark here in N Bucks and Hattie shot back in from the garden at top greyhound speed so I think it might be cold.
Burglar alarm being serviced this morning then I am off to London to help DD as little DGS has Scarlet Fever sad
I am snuffling but my cold had better wait a week or two until I am less busy.
Wishing you all a pleasant day.

ffinnochio Tue 27-Nov-18 06:46:39

Good morning to you all!
Still dark out but I’m feeling bright. Just one week to go and if all goes well, the hospital will allow Mr.Finn home sunshine

NannyJan53 Tue 27-Nov-18 06:35:27

Good Morning Mick and everyone to follow.

Not even looked outside yet!

Taking Partner to train station shortly, then straight to gym.
Then meeting an ex-colleague for lunch in our local market town of Bridgnorth.

I have made a start on Christmas presents Mick, as we are only buying for the children this year. That is 4 DGD's for me. It is DD's 40th the week before so a 'special' present is required, and I am wracking my brains.

Have a good day everyone.

12Michael Tue 27-Nov-18 06:23:28

Good Morning Everyone,
Its dark but misty outside here in brackley this morning, of doing my usual Buckingham/Bicester today .
Must start and think about xmas presents as well.
