Good Morning Tuesday

Art class this morning which I always enjoy. A male (fully-clothed!) model today. Weather is a bit chilly but could be a lot worse. Daughter in New York has been putting up with snowy weather.

Just logged on as we left the house early, 7.30, to visit my daughter. It was freezing and I had 5 layers on and clutched a hot water bottle. Came home in the rain and now settled in front of the wood burner with a cup of coffee and dinner cooking. It was not a good visit to my daughter, she seems to be getting worse mentally but we did manage to give the garden a final tidy.

Good Morning everyone. Still smoky and gloomy outside, although the sun will be struggling through in a few minutes. I have a massage later this morning, hopefully it will help relieve some of my aches and pains. We plan on going out for dinner this evening, so a relaxed day for me.

Going out shortly to post eldest son’s birthday present. All of my children’s birthdays are at this time of year. Very bad planning!

Good afternoon from a bright and sunny Lancaster, here in the NW of England. Cold and breezy but really strong sunshine.

oh my goodness ,what a morning.. rain and freezing wind chill ,and me got upset tummy./and cant find my tummy tablets .....yes hello tuesday...groannnnnnnnnnnnnn..!!!...still get dressed in a minute ,have some toast..then off to salvation army charity shop to price up christmas items ready for christmas extravaganza day on friday.... still its bright and warm in there., and only 5 mins to bus stop...wish my tummy stop grumbling...

By the time I post this, it will probably be Good afternoon.
So hi to Mick, Annie and all here. Had a Dr’s appointment this morning, got a cancellation so that was good. More tablets prescribed ?
Anyway, it is cold and sort of rain/ sleet here now.
Pensionpat, your toy stall sounds lovely, but lots of work. I hope it goes well, and you raise lots of money for a good cause.
To all those with aches and strains, go gently and coddle yourself.
Off to volunterring this afternoon, which I greatly enjoy.

I think since it’s been a topic added to the ‘main list’ it came to my attention and what a lovely idea - to hear little snippets about local weather/plans (or none) for the day ahead. That said, sorry to read MawBroon that you’re feeling low today. I’m sure we all feel for you & send a hug.
I’m an hour ahead of U.K. time over here in Malaga. It chucked it down with rain throughout last night and up until 9am here this morning but there’s plenty of hot sunshine here now! We have no particular plans today - reading on our balcony behind a row of closed glass ‘curtains ‘ will probably be the order of the day. We’ve just enjoyed a bacon butty and DH is making us both a cup of coffee.

Morning all! Am still in my bed, thanks to sciatica. Didn't sleep much and this is where I'm comfortable. Running out of pain killers so shall HAVE to go to chemist later.

Good morning all. Rained overnight in Anglesey, grey skies to the west but blue with fluffy white clouds to the east.
Warmer than yesterday, no condensation on windows. Bought gold spray paint yesterday, thought I’d make some table decorations for the season not to be mentioned yet.

Morning All from a very cold blustery and squally Newcastle. About to try and set up my new Fitbit (old one misbehaving). This afternoon I'm taking a neighbour to Maggie's Cancer Care for the first time. I find her very difficult, so wish me luck!

Good morning all. It's sunny but cold here in Nottingham. I've been doing washing and ironing, then I've got more boring chores to do, before "work" later (which isn't work, it's more like a nice social gathering) at the day centre I run. Zumba tonight. Hope you all have a good day.

Good Morning all, porridge cooling , drinking coffee to wake me up . It is very breezy out there but lovely and bright . Not a leaf left on the tree. The bare branches are showing off the bare bones of the garden , I need more garden lights as that will be the only decorations this end of year ( see how I avoided that word ?)

Good Morning everyone, I could have started this thread at 2.50a.m which is when our dog woke me up.. emitting from both ends.. sorry!?am absolutely shattered but it's my stint in the hospice shop today so can't let them down!
