We always check dates on our tools collections for church fete and dispose of out of date ones. We did once get a partially drunk bottle of wine as a contribution!

I won first prize in a village fair raffle and chose a box of chocolates which I thought I would give to a friend who was depressed, hoping to cheer her up a little. When I got home I noticed they were six months out of date!

Well that was some find stree - I certainly wouldn't be complaining!

I won Old Spice deo as a raffle prize. When i got it home and passed to DH he declared, this is only half full !!! What some people do eh!!!!

My daughter still teases me about the time I dragged took her along to a church fete and we bought Tombola tickets, and she won a prize of face cleanser, excepting the bottle was half full! I cannot fathom that someone would think that's a good enough donation, and/or how it made it on to the table!
