Annie sympathy for your bad knee, do get someone in to examine and bandage it for you.

Ouch Annie - I hope you can get someone out to look at it (your knee that is - best not direct them to the bondage site!) It needs checking and then bandaging properly.

Have you got one of those knee supports? Although it could be too swollen even if you have one.
I wouldn't try bandaging it yourself - you could be making it like a tourniquet! and too loose is just the same as not using one anyway.

I think phoning the surgery for advice would be the best way to go.

But turn that porn pawn off before they come!

It's difficult to get the right tension annie with bandaging if you don't know what you're doing - best to request a home visit from the GP/Community Nurse for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Synovitis---a form of arthritis when the synovial fluid around the knee joint is depleted. It's pretty painful but usually goes as quick as it appears unless it doesn't then the fluid has to be drawn off to relieve the pain and lack of movement in the joint.

Interesting ? It was awful , thankfully I was lying on the sofa , if I had been sitting at the desk I would have fallen off the chair. I now wonder was it soft pawn, if so what on earth is the other , one hears of the ‘dark net’.

Would your gp practice not send a district nurse (or community nurse, maybe the new name) to you to bandage your poor knee Anniebach Do you know what has caused it?
