Good Morning Everyone,
Its still dark but dry here in brackley this morning, weekend wedding Ok brilliant autumn weather at Monkton Barn.
Stayed in the Holiday Inn at High Wycombe, location less than 2 miles from wedding venue.
Yesterday , having already had breakfast , and ready to come home, there was a familiar face making his way towards the breakfast area, Rick Wakeman, scruffy dressed and grumpy .

Morning Mick, morning all.

Glad the wedding went well. I like Rick Waterman and am surprised he was grumpy, maybe he hadn't had enough coffee.

It must have been a weekend for celebrity spotting. We saw Phil Jupiter outside a local Travel Lodge - also looking grumpy.

North Leicestershire is cold and dry. DD3 and Co are coming for the day so lots of Wolfie cuddles are on the cards!

Not Rick Waterman but Rick Wakeman! Flipping phone!

Good morning Mick, I'm glad you enjoyed your weekend.
My husband likes Rick Wakeman's music.
It's still dark here in Glasgow, but looks as if we will have a dry day.
We have DGD today, but have to wait in for a charity to uplift our old sofas and washing machine. Then I think we will go out for a walk, perhaps to the local Italian cafe.
Have a good day, all.

Morning Mick Kitty and Mary.

Glad you had a good weekend Mick I live Stone’s throw from where you were and I said to my DH ‘Well hasn’t Mick got perfect weather for the wedding’.

What fun you are going to have today Kitty. Can I join you for a lovely strong Italian coffee Mary?

DS is staying the night and we are going out for supper in a lovely local restaurant to celebrate things improving for him in what has been a turbulent 16 months.

Hello NannyTopsy.

Gagagran Mon 22-Oct-18 07:16:57

Morning everyone! Glad the sun shone for the wedding Mick and sorry you were unwell.

We are promised another nice day here on the south coast. It has been a glorious autumn so far.

The road widening outside our house continues and this week they are taking up (and relaying) the footpath so we shall not have access at the front. According to the schedule it should all be completed by 23 November so another month to endure the noise and dirt. Hey ho.

Nannytopsy Mon 22-Oct-18 07:24:19

Irritating for you Gaga!

Autumn hasn't reached Kent yet. It was another glorious day yesterday and the same forecast today.
We are going to my aunt's funeral today. I hadn't seen her for a few years but I do see my cousin.
Enjoy Wolfie kitty

Good Morning all. It looks very cold outside. Yesterday was pleasantly warm until late afternoon and it got suddenly cold.
Time to protect the tender plants and put them away.

Good morning from sunny Colchester. It was very warm again yesterday with cold start and finish. Beginning to cool down now bit by bit. Keeping dry though.
No walking netball because of school holiday, so will have to find something else to do.

Good morning all from a bright but chilly East Northants. Finally got the winter clothes out and summer ones put away. A bit of shopping today and a bag to drop off at the charity bin. Hope it's a good day for everyone.

Sar53 Mon 22-Oct-18 08:20:58

Good morning everyone from a bright start in Kent. Staying with DD2 and 2 DGD for a few days. Off clothes shopping today for 10 year old, they like to choose, within reason, what they wear. Hope you all have a fruitful day.

Good Morning from a bright but chilly Black Country.

Pleased you had good weather for the Wedding Mick it was glorious here also, not a cloud in the sky until mid afternoon yesterday.

Had a family get together yesterday afternoon, as Niece was 27. DGD2 estimated her age at about 50 grin. Never ask a child to guess your age!

Going out at 9am for a walk with a walking group, my first time at this one, so everyone will be strangers to me.

Have a lovely day with Wolfie Kitty no babies here now, the youngest is 7.

Have fun aggie smile

Have a good day everyone.

Good morning from a sunny and chilly Northampton.
Glad the wedding went well Mick.
Walked nearly 6 miles on my own yesterday in the lovely autumn sunshine, including a stop at the pub for pink fizz! Glad to say my teabread turned out fine.
Just snatching a piece of toast before yoga class, and then coffee and chat afterwards.
DGDs staying over tonight as mum and dad using a local theatre voucher to see a comedian, so pizza for tea for the girls.
Have a nice day everyone.
Must get on to the newsagent, as they have not delivered this morning.
