In my thirties I was a busy tired mum of three boys.
The laundry was never ending.
My husband would throw his shirts in the washing basket, sleeves rolled up.
So I started washing and ironing them with the sleeves still rolled up, just as he left them.
It used to infuriate me that he'd been asked to unroll them before putting in the basket.
Now it seems very daft.
Can you confess to anything similar?
What is our role as older people?
