It's coldish in north Leicestershire and the heating has clicked in.

Lunch with some of DH'S university friends today in Leamington Spa!

Good morning all. I understand things may be turning cooler after today - ah well, it has been beautiful here in N Bucks, as elsewhere.
Taking a friend out to lunch for her birthday then the physio this afternoon. I was feeling so much better yesterday I nearly cancelled the appointment but a restless night tells me I have not sorted the shoulder problem yet. ?

Morning Mick, Kitty and All. Looks a bit misty outside, we’re promised a sunny day. Busy day ahead so of course slept little. Life eh? Happy birthday wishes to nankate, kitty’s baby brother and anyone else celebrating today.

I cannot comment on the weather as I haven't drawn the curtains back yet.
A restless night but H goes for his daycare today so a less fraught day.
Out with my friend this afternoon for coffee and a mooch round the shops or garden centre then my GD is coming for a meal and a few hours chat.

Morning all! It's another lovely day in store here on the south coast then set to get chillier but what a super spell of weather we have had.

Our new suite is coming this morning - between 7am and 11am but they will ring half an hour before arrival. Good job as they will need directions to negotiate the road works at the front of our house to get to the rear for unloading!
For two days we shall have three sofas and four armchairs in our sitting room!

Thank you for your kind Birthday wishes. DH and I are going out for coffee and CAKE I am off my diet for today. The weather is set fine so I have suggested a picnic by the river and tonight a meal out at a small Italian restaurant, it’s not fancy just good food and wine. I’m very aware how lucky I am that DH and I are well enough to still go out and about, so I am going to enjoy it whilst it lasts.

Hope you have a good day today Ann I know you have been having a tough time recently.

HIgh cloud here in Norfolk, but there’s a tinge of blue so the forecast hot sunny day may materialise.

We went for a chug down the river yesterday, DH intending to fish for a while. But we both fell asleep in the sun instead (we were moored at the time).

An ‘At home’ day today - washing, housework, gardening....

Three sofas and four armchairs, Gaga? Room for a party?

We have DGD today, but DH had already made arrangements to meet friends.
My sister in law is coming to lend a hand as I have trouble lifting DGD. We plan to do a bit of lunch and shopping.

Good morning all, from a bright and sunny Northampton; a lot milder here today; the heating hasn't come on. Off to Milton Keynes to look for a new sofa and chairs today. The gardeners started stripping the old turf yesterday from my front garden, and laying new turf today, so I will just leave them to it.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. Light cloud cover in South Yorkshire but it will clear I think. We went out for lunch and a walk yesterday but the sun deserted us. DH has a dental appointment this morning and then we have school run this afternoon. Have a good day, folks.

We have DGS today so a visit to the park, feed the ducks and then ourselves at the cafe.

Good morning all from a bright, sunny East Northants. Another restless night with a sore throat and earache. But I did get out to meet friends for coffee yesterday so not all was lost. I think we are in for a nice (washing) day. Blue45Sapphire, if you are going 'swedish' I can highly recommend the Ektorp sofa and chairs! Have a good day everyone.

Looks like it is going to be a wonderful day today, blue skies and sunshine with a tinge of coldness to wake you up!!!
My plan is after cleaning the bathroom to get out in the garden and potter, mostly to enjoy the weather. I will take my morning coffee on the bench at the back of the garden and bask like a whale in sunshine and watch for my little red breasted friend who always appears when i am there and i throw him/her some seeds to eat.
I should have been at the hospital today but I received a call to say appointment cancelled till next week
This evening I will go meet up with friends and play whist.

Good Morning all from sunny Fife. Its a lovely day here for the moment. Later up today as was wakened a bit through the night. I have a yet to be diagnosed very sore finger which is very painful. Hopefully will be better soon. Having a day out today with DH hopefully since we've not been able to get out for a wee while. I hope all are good but for those who aren't keep your pecker up as they say.

Morning Mick, Annie to come and all GN's. It's a lovely day here as well, bright and sunny, and the heating hasn't kicked in yet, well the bathroom radiator isn't warm.
Yesterday had a meet up and chat with GN friends I had met before and a new one. Thanks Greenfinch.
Sounds like a bit of a sofathon going on here
We are off to meet up with friends this morning, then pottering.

DH painting a fence for a widowed friend today, so I willl busy myself doing er,um,.......

Morning folks gorgeous day here again, will be going to the garden centre with DD as she needs various things.
Always an excuse for me to buy plants as well as cake.

Beautiful sunny morning here in North Yorkshire. Been thinking of a walk in the local arboretum as the leaves begin to change so today is the day. Then home to sort some more pots for the winter and spring.
