Lemongrove I know it is hard to believe but I am a sprightly 72 year old today ?It’s Gwyneth Paltro’s birthday today too, but she is a tad slimmer than me.

Already eaten a gooey fig and orange tart, yummie.

Very warm here in S.E. about the same degrees as my age.

Thanks Nonna Rufus and Biker had a great birthday with a lovely picnic by the river and an Italian meal in the evening.

Rufus my latest favourites are Automobile Blues by Van Morrison and Backlash Blues by Nina Simone. I dance around the kitchen regularly to my best music and also with my Grandsons who have a different taste in music but it is such fun.
