With it being said that it's better to give than receive, I'll help you out by opting to be a recipient!
My copy of the marvellous UK mag. "Evergreen" Autumn 2018 has just arrived.
It contains the usual mouthwatering Christmas Hampers and one caught my eye! "Luxury Overseas Scottish Hamper", chock full of goodies; only£62.50 to Australia/New Zealand. Is that a bargain or what? If you have a whip-round I'll provide my street address. wink

Elegran; I haven't seen that "other one coming along" just yet! sad
However, during my navel-gazing activities, I suddenly thought of a new nickname for you; "Queen Canute", seeing as how, unlike the King, you are able to hold back the C, ; until Nov. at least. grin
Like it?

I have a lot of help on GN resisting the clamour of the shops and the media, unlike Knut whose courtiers told him he could do anything - even hold back the tide.

To early for the C word Rufus !
Lemongrove; You can relax and forget all about the C-hamper. As Bluebottle might say, I've been dudded! sad I purchased two 5CD music sets through the hamper Co. which came from another Co. including its own CD catalogue offering the same 2 sets on a 2 for 1 offer. When I asked the hamper Co. what's going on, they said "tough", or words to that effect and were not responsible for other Co.'s offers.
I'm not best pleased, so don't go ahead with that hamper. I'll get my own back somehow and think of something else! At least I've got your card to look forward to.
