Unusual for this house, I am home alone this morning. I am going to curl up on sofa with a cappuccino and think about showering and dressing later!!

Good morning Wednesday. The wonderful Dennis Norden has died at 96. I have often spent time listening to the wonderful pair that Frank Muir and Dennis Norden were. (Frank Muir) died in 1998. RIP. They don't make them like that any more. At least they both had long life.

Wow the wind is certainly building up now, just got back from shopping and all the shrubs and trees in my garden are moving quite strongly. Gonna put some washing on just love to see it blowing in a wind like this!!!

No washing out here , my greenhouse has disappeared while I was out , had to fight my way back to the house

aggie OMG hope you are ok, be careful if it is that strong!!!

I have had to phone the Roads dept, as when I came round a corner on my way back from meeting DIL, there was a tree blocking the road!
I suddenly realised there was something wrong, when the car in front swerved across the road.
