All good lists! I'm off to YouTube now to learn how to fold a fitted sheet...

Agree with all OldMeg x

Why is it when having bought a fresh crusty loaf when I sneak into kitchen to have the crusty end piece it's always gone!!!!

Why when having bought an item of clothing that I love, do I then see it on someone else of a different body type and it looks ghastly, consequently said item is banished to the back of wardrobe never to be worn again.

Oh yes and why when in a shop or service station choosing a loo from a line of pristine freshly cleaned ones do I always seem to find the one that hasn't been!

They all resonate with me 'OldMeg* brilliant.
One to add, my best friend and my daughters have agreed to deal with each other's facial hair if ever we are incapable of doing so.

I'm not sure I'd want to be at a party where folding a fitted sheet is on the agenda.

Fun lists!
Do go to YouTube and learn how to fold a fitted sheet. It is a wonderful thing to master and can amaze people at parties.

1. I regret saying to my daughter that it is clear which of my friends don't have daughters because of their fashion mistakes. She now takes the job of keeping me from fashion faux pas way too seriously!
2. I don't regret telling her to burn all my diaries (especially from 2004!!) when I die.
3. Why when a friend is just about to get to the interesting bit in a story about her love life does her phone ring and the moment passes.
4. I can't believe that although my youngest daughter is late for everything I still expect her to turn up on time for dinner.
5. I constantly have to remember that although nothing is as good as you think it is going to be, nothing is as bad either.

Good list Old Meg, but I'm sure as eggs is eggs, that I'd be lost at #5 before I'd even started.

A welcome smile Old Meg !
Life can be pretty sh*tty and a bit of humour is sometimes what I need to stop me pulling the duvet over my head and announcing “Goodbye, cruel world”

I’ve been taking GN too seriously of late. So thought I’d lighten up a bit.

I’m sure you can all think of more to add to the list....

1. I think part of a best friend's job should be to immediately clear your computer history if you die.

2. Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.

3. I totally take back all those times I didn't want to nap
when I was younger.

4. There is great need for a sarcasm font.

5. How the hell are you supposed to fold a fitted sheet?

6. Was learning cursive really necessary?

7. Google Maps eally needs to start their directions on # 5.
I'm pretty sure I know how to get out of my neighborhood.

8. Obituaries would be a lot more interesting if they told you how the person died.

9. I can't remember the last time I wasn't at least kind of tired.

10. Bad decisions make good stories.

11. You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work when you know that you just aren't going to do anything productive for the rest of the day.

12. Can we all just agree to ignore whatever comes after Blue Ray? I don't want to have to restart my collection, again.

13. I'm always slightly terrified when I exit out of Word and it asks me if I want to save any changes to my ten-page technical report that I swear I did not make any changes to.

14. I keep some people's phone numbers in my phone just so I know not to answer when they call.

15. I think the freezer deserves a light as well.

16. I have a hard time deciphering the fine line between boredom and hunger.

17. How many times is it appropriate to say "What?" before you just nod and smile because you still didn't hear or understand a word they said?

18. I love the sense of camaraderie when an entire line of cars team up to prevent a jerk from cutting in at the front. Stay strong, brothers and sisters!

19. Sometimes I'll look down at my watch 3 consecutive times and still not know what time it is.

20 Even under ideal conditions people have trouble locating their car keys in a pocket, finding their cell phone, and Pinning the Tail on the Donkey - but I'd bet everyone can find and push the snooze button from 3 feet away, in about 1 .7 seconds, eyes closed, first time, every time.
