Morning Mick, morning all!
It's quite muggy in north Leicestershire and I expect it will rain just as I leave the hairdresser's!
We need to get one of the cats into the basket and off to the vets first thing - wish us luck!
Good morning Mick and all who follow.
It's still dark here, so unsure about the weather. I was woken early by husband getting ready to play golf and terrible backache. ☹️ I think it might have been caused by standing all day making bramble jelly, DH hates the seeds!
Waiting in for someone to give us a quote for a new alarm, the old one needs updated and the builder is coming, looking for his cheque.?
After that I'm off out to lunch with my friend and ex colleague.
Have a good day all.
Morning Kitty.
Good morning Mick and everyone, it's raining in Lancashire, first time in ages. Visiting dd and family this afternoon don't see them often as they're always busy and I always find the motorway driving tiring these days. Looking forward to it very much though.
Have a good day everyone.
Good luck kitty
Have a lovely lunch Mary.
Good Morning all
Still warm here in the Black Country. Was sitting out last night until well after 9pm after have a BBQ with some of the family.
DGD3 stayed overnight, then DGD2 and 4 are coming over and I am taking them swimming then lunch. I imagine the consensus for lunch will be MacDonalds! They are back to school tomorrow! DGD1 who is 14, has elected to stay and home.
Enjoy your Monday all
I really try to avoid motorway driving now Nana3 and luckily visiting family doesn't involve it!
Morning everyone!
Another lovely morning here on the south coast. September is one of my favourite months. Looks like it is going to be a good one, weather-wise, this year.
No1 DGD starts 6th form college today and she is having her first driving lesson in a couple of weeks. Life is opening up for her and she is raring to go! Takes me back!
Hope the day is a good one for us all.
Morning Mick and All.
Sunny day in South Bucks.
It’s Keep Fit this morning followed by a bit of shopping then home for coffee and a rest as I am out playing Rummykub this afternoon.
Kitty pity you don’t have my DH nearby he could round up your feline friend in a trice ?
Sorry about your back Mary hopefully sitting down having lunch with your friends will ease things a bit.
Have a good week folks.
Good morning from a sunny N. Bucks.
Off to collect DGS 1 soon for the morning, so will have both DGSs with us. Park and hopefully some blackberry picking ( I think I noticed some good bushes yesterday).
Good morning, Michael and alll GNs. It’s quite bright in South Yorkshire this morning, but rain is forecast later. GS is expected imminently for the day - he does not go back to school until Wednesday. We will have a quietish day and then DH has booked a golf lesson for him this afternoon.
Good luck with the cat wrangling kitty. I will not be around tommorrow as we are leaving at five a.m. to go down to Wales to see my SiL who has dementia, and stay with her for a few days to see how she’s coping. Have a good day, folks.
Good morning, it is mild and still dry here in the NE but rain is on the way.
I spent all afternoon in the garden, probably the last chance to just sit in the sunshine.
Having lunch with my friend, her birthday was on Friday.
After a long walk along the beach I had a lovely afternoon pottering in the garden yesterday too Harri the weather was perfect .
Back to reality now though . Horrible work.
Have a good Monday everyone , roll on Friday .
Morning everyone.
Sunny start again in Kent and still pleasantly warm.
H has specsavers appointment this morning which I will need to drive him to. Whilst he's there I will reward my self with a coffee and a browse round the M&S food shop..
Have a good day.
Good morning from a sunny Galway , off to Quiet Man country , might have to endure the film on the coach , well bits of it?
Good morning Auntyflo and all x
Waited all weekend for builders to do the parking area for my scooter, they didn’t turn up. The canopy for the scooter is being fitted Wednesday, now I have a problem,
Think rain forecast for Mid Wales
Good morning from sunny Colchester. Just back from picking up grandsons as we are minding for another couple of days. Back to school on Wednesday here.
Looks like another fine day on the way here in Letchworth. My plan is to start putting some of the compost from the heap onto the front garden where the soil is very dry and hard to dig at the moment.I am hoping that when it rains it will soak in the ground and make it easier to plant .
It’s a beautiful morning here in Birmingham. I’m off to the hospital for a recall this morning, so I’m a bit apprehensive. My partner is coming with me and we are going out to lunch afterwards whatever the result. Fingers crossed!
Good morning Mick, Annie hi, and all to follow. It is dry and trying to be bright here.
I am still in bed trying to agree my bank statement, but have a visit to the dentist later, so should stir my stumps.
Then coffee and lunch with a friend and a look round her beautiful garden.
To all with aches and strains, take it easy.
Enjoy your day
Good morning,
Pleasantly mild here at the moment, with fleeting glimpses of sunshine, but rain forecast for this afternoon.
Coffee morning and a few chores to do this morning. Had a dental appointment but it’s been cancelled and rearranged by the surgery to next month.
Hope the builders turn up today, Annie.
Good Morning All
The sky’s are grey here but the bird song is wonderful and cheery
Fingers crossed Dora ??
Hope builders turn up this morning Anniebach ??
Good morning all from a sunny SE Essex, engineer has already mended our freezer (allegedly 2nd time lucky).
Off for a personal personal training session at the gym, first one since my fractures in June, slight trepidation, but hopefully they will be gentle.
Those of you at work this week hope it's not to stressful, and all those on Granny duties enjoy these last few days before they return to school ??
