Good morning Mick , yes grey here in N Bucks too and guess who left the washing out last night (too busy watching GBBO)
Ah well, it postpones the ironing which can’t be all bad.
Wishing you all a pleasant day.

Morning Mick, Morning All. Sounds a good trip yesterday mick. It’s looking grey over our corner of Somerset. We’re promised some sun later. Here’s hoping as we’ve two grandchildren here today, it will be chaos but fun chaos. Hope Wednesday is kind to everyone.

Good morning Mick, aggie, everyone

We also had rain overnight and the sky is a pale grey. Hope the rain holds off as we are going to the Richard lll exhibition with DD1 and her children. We are also going to show them the historic bits of Leicester. Dh will be in his element!

Enjoy your days everyone.

Good morning everyone, sunny here at the moment in Glasgow,, but much cooler. A Keat's autumn morning.
We have our wee granddaughter again today and BIL (who has been very ill himself) and SIL are coming to see her today. I suspect DS2 and girlfriend may appear looking for dinner tonight, I may fall asleep at the table. ?
The builders are finished yippee! The finished product has surpassed my expectations. Hopefully a lie in tomorrow.
Enjoy your day all.

Good Morning all, it's sunny here in NE Fife and think it will remain for the day. Have our little DGS today who I think may have a bit of a cold, never mind he will still be chatty. Glad to hear all your renovations are finished Marydoll and your are very happy with outcome, it's a good feeling. Off on our hols tomorrow so won't be signing in. Cases just about all packed. Have a great day to all - enjoy.

Good morning from rainy Colchester. Taking DGS1 to the Natural History Museum in London today.

Gagagran Wed 29-Aug-18 07:42:46

Morning everyone!

It's raining quite hard here on the south coast and my frazzled hydrangeas have responded to all the recent wet stuff and have sprouted green leaves again magically. I thought they were goners!

Choir tonight and we shall be hard at it mastering the programme for the Christmas concert. It is such fun but hard to sleep afterwards with a buzzing brain!

Hope the day is a good one for us all. sunshine

Good morning all. Rain overnight and a dull morning so far.
Busy day. DGS 1 has a dentist appointment and needs a haircut. DGS 2 will be here soon too. A little bit of food shopping and then I think we will have a stroll to look for blackberries.

Have a good day.

Morning Mick, Annie to come, and all here before me.
It has been raining here, so a grey and overcast morning.
My trip to hospital was a complete waste of time. The results from my procedure, two weeks ago, were not ready. This wasn't only me, but others also. So, another trip next week.
Marydoll, isn't it lovely when renovations turn out to be so good. Enjoy.
Have a nice day one and all.

Good Morning all from a raather grey Wales.............

But already the area is a little quieter and we seem to be able to breathe yet again!!!!

Lots of you still busy with your younger members I note, our schools are about to reopen......next week I think.

Great celebrations for the completed works Marydoll

Feel your frustrations Auntie Flo......my appointments keep getting delayed and nothing we can do about them, but it is certainly not good enough.

Our hydrangeas Gagagran are now performing better than they have done for years,I too thought we had lost them.

Another day and although I am not quite ready for it I had better show a willing face at least!!

Enjoy your day GN`s.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. Dull but dry here in South Yorkshire. DH’s eye problem has flared up again after months of being trouble free. He is tossing up whether he needs to take himself off to the eye clinic.
kitty the Richard III exhibition sounds interesting. Is it a permanent one? I’m reading a novel about the wars of the Roses at the moment. Hope the day is kind to all.

GrannyGravy13 Wed 29-Aug-18 08:49:45

Overnight rain and still grey in Swansea. DH strimmed DS lawn yesterday and hoped it would remain dry and it would be easier to pick up- unfortunately not!
About to make some chicken pies as DS 1 and DIL and 3 GCh arrive later and are staying until Sunday. Happy days.

Good morning from a very cloudy NE.
Slept late after taking GD home last night. After a 45 minute journey back to our house DH found her DS on the back seat of the car. He was all for driving back to DS's but I rang to tell them where it was, DS just laughed and said they would get it at the weekend, it would keep her off a screen for a while.
DH has a meeting with his old work colleagues this afternoon and I am going to catch up on my TV programmes.
