Good Morning Thursday

Morning all. Lovely and sunny again here. We are off out to coffee with friends later, and I shall enjoy it more now that I don't have to make appointments to have tests done. Meanwhile, I shall gird my loins and go and beat the bank around the ears, have a chat with someone. Hopefully not the sulky miss on desk duty yesterday.

Here in the Tyne Valley the sky is overcast and I'm hoping it will brighten up. We had rain yesterday so a sunny day would cheer me up. DS is coming for his lunch as he does every Thursday, sausage casserole is on today's menu. Laundry to finish off today, but that's all.

Good morning, I am still in bed and loathe to get going today even though it is going to be a lovely day.
Yesterday GD and I bought most of Lakeland's cake baking equipment and she spent all afternoon creating a novelty cake. I was only needed for hot ovens, sharp knives and electric mixer but today I can hardly walk for muscle pain.
GD took her creation home to the delight of her younger sibling.

Good morning, the weather is improving in Cardigan hoping to persuade the family to have a walk today, I would like to go mackerel fishing greyduster but no-one else is keen.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. A grey start on the Cornish coast but it may brighten later. I need it to be v-e-r-y calm today as we are going mackerel fishing, and I do not do small -ish- boats! This is GS’s idea and like a good granny I am going along with it! Have a good day folks.

Good morning from sunny Colchester. The heatwave is due back this afternoon, another few 30 degree days.
No lawn to mow here Chaos, although there are a few green tufts poking through the hay.

Lovely sunny morning here on the south coast but set to get hotter over the next few days. Good excuse to stock up with Magnums which we did on our early morning supermarket trip. Back home, unpacked, all put away and now having breakfast.

No heatwave returning to our neck of the woods it seems whilst grey and damp first thing........but it usually clears up so we shall be happy with that!!!

Torture at the dentist over.......and I am talking about the double injection..........filling was fine!!

Another viewer and after the report after Tuesday`s viewer.....loving our house etc but did not like the Town nearby so are now heading to Cornwall..........has`nt exactly filled us with hope with these odd folk!!

I hope your DH`s torture will not be overwhelmong Marydoll.........they just do not have our patience!!!

Dull and cloudy here in the Black Country, but still very warm.

Arrived home yesterday from Wales. Later today we are off to Cheddar camping, and seeing Paloma Faith at Glastonbury Abbey grounds Saturday evening. Meeting up with friends there so looking forward to a lovely weekend.

We have DGD again to day, but she is delightful and absolutely no problem to look after.
She is two and a half and wandered into the kitchen yesterday to ask the workmen how they were getting on and what had they done with HER toilet.
We are off to look at kitchen units☹️This is Mr Marydoll's idea of torture.

All bright and sunny here in the north of Norfolk.

We stayed on our little boat Tuesday night and very nice it was too. Himself fished and I read The Girl from Aleppo right through!

Today we’re off to help run the line at our sailing club regatta. We don’t race. It’s far too cutthroat for us.
