Anyone who can translate shorthand? Family history mystery...

1.15 and I have three answers! Thank you everyone. However no one has sent an email a/d, and I think I can't put an attachment on a PM? Or am I wrong?
Anyway, I also have to go out this afternoon, so will come back to this later.

My sister has passed on a postcard with a message written in shorthand to our grandmother, about a hundred years ago. I don't even know what kind of shorthand it is, but I'm fairly certain that her sister wrote it, as they were both typists in Dublin.

I won't post a picture here, as I have no idea what is written on the card! But if anyone can help and will PM me I will scan it to send.
