MIL takes offence from door salesman.

Just had to laugh, once a year a traveller comes and prunes MILs trees. It's usually the son and he has always been reasonable price wise. Today his father came and asked if she wanted him to give a price. His mistake was to say how well MIL looked she immediately thought he was trying it on with her, she told him that she had been married for nearly 60 years and just because FIL died she's not interested in another man. We turned up as he was walking back to his van, he was so glad to see us, he explained that he didn't mean to come on to her he was just being friendly.
By the way MIL is 89 and she was so indignant thinking he thought she was a floosey. We are still laughing at the look on his face. Don't think he'll come again, he will send his son next time.
