My dear Purple poppies, you are certainly having a very rough ride at this moment in time.My heart simply goes out to you.
Yet the strange and beautiful happening in your life (as I have witnessed time and time again) is as you loose a dearly beloved, there is a new birth.
I know that does not mean one has made way for the other, but it gives your grieving heart something pleasant to focus on, and it gives back a message of hope.
Whilst of course, almost losing your own beautiful daughter would have torn you to shreds.
Such elements of raw pain in a very short space of time hurts so deeply.
In a short space of time your emotions have had a real roller coaster to deal with and I am sure you are completely spent deep inside.
However speaking out, sharing your pain, your grief.............not forgetting your joy too.............it is most cathartic and I hope and trust it has served you well.
Assuring you of all our understanding and knowing each one of us are also supporting you along with your family and friends hopefully will be a real consolation.
I am quite happy to talk with you privately if you think it might help some more.
I am another with this silly grin and forced smile far too often, but I am............at long last.........learning the value to speak up,speak out, tell it as it is.
Furthermore I feel better afterwards.
So wishing you continued blessings with the full recovery of your daughter and much pleasure with the new little babe.............whilst of course grieving will take its own time.
Thinking of you dear Purplepoppies..........[flowers} and some [ sunshine] needed in your life for sure.
