After the Idiot!!

Lots of you gave me good advice and support (and phoenix even wrote a spell) during DD3's trials and tribulations with the Idiot.

She is now with a fabulous chap who is a wonderful father to her two children although we still do have to cope with the Idiot when he feels like being involved.

Anyway, DD3 and her lovely man are expecting a baby in early October and I thought I would share the good news with everyone who was there when I needed you.

Very pleased for you, Kitty. What a relief for you that she is happy again. Knowing that an adult DC is unhappy but we cannot help is a long, hard piece of road for parents..

Congrats kitty.
We've compared notes in the past about our idiots who shared many "qualities".
My DD is now with her new fiancé who adores our wee ones and is a fine balance to our idiot's machochistic and narrow-minded attitudes.

My D has a new man in her life, it is quite new and we aren't putting too much into it, but as she is 52, he is just sixty with children in their 30's and she has C of 18 and 15, we aren't expecting the patter of tiny feet, however, we are crossing our fingers for a happy and settled relationship.
Age is no barrier to happiness.
